It pains me to see you with her
It's the kind of pain which I can't bear

All these tears I can't hide
The pain is too deep inside
The pain just won't subside

Loving you means pain within me
But I can't hate you, can't you see?
So what I'll do is to love you more
Though it'll just hurt me even more

There is so much pain within me
My heart is bleeding, can't you tell?

I know you've got problems you can't face

But please don't kill me with your silence

The deafening silence engulfing us

I don't know how you feel coz you're hiding it

I want to comfort you but I'm fighting it

I know that you woldn't like it

But I, myself, couldn't help it

I don't know how you feel, you don't want to show it

I know you don't want me to pity you

So I've written this poem just for you

To persuade you to let your sadness out

I don't know how you feel, don't keep me guessing

I don't know how you feel, please stop hiding

I don't know how you feel, please start showing

For if you show your feelings, your heart will stop breaking.

Gaano mo siya kamahal talaga
Ganon ba siya kahalaga?
Akala ko siya'y limot mo na
Ngunit ako'y nagkamali pala

Gaano mo talaga siya kamahal?
Ganon ba kalaki ang yong pagmamahal
Kahit na ika'y kanyang nasaktan
Siya pa ri'y di mo malimutan

Siguro nga'y ganon kalawak
At talagang napakabusilak
kaya handa kang magdusa
Makita lamang siyang maligaya

Ganon siguro kalalim talaga
Ang nararamdaman mo sa kanya
Kaya pagmamahal ng iba
Di mo na mapapansin pa

Ang puso mo'y para sa kanya
Kahit siya'y may mahal nang iba
Ang puso mo'y sarado na
At di ko na kayang buksan pa

Siguro nga'y ganon mo siya kamahal
Dahil siya ang unang minahal
Ganon mo nga ba siya kamahal?
Hindi ko alam... pagkat di ko masukat.

Of course... I know you do
But I'm very thankful to you
You're not as conceited as other boys do

You kept on being friendly
As other boys will never be
You never intend to hurt me
And, for that, I'm really happy

Please continue to be friendly
To be kind and thoughtful of me.
